GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Enthusiasts announced a biking skills park that will be made near Triangle Hill in Bairds Creek.
There will be three tracks total, as well as a starting place for all the tracks.
The plan is to have a beginner, intermediate and advanced line.
There’s also plans for an asphalt pump, which is meant for kids as well as professional cyclists.
“Kids as little as riding on striders, bikes without pedals can come out and learn how to ride different textures and learn balance and that kind of thing,” said Holly Baseman, executive director for Baird Creek Preservation Foundation.
“All the way to an advanced rider can go on the advanced trail and encounter things like rock gardens and some air time and some other features like that before hitting the technical trails of the Baird Creek Greenway.”
The plan is to start construction by May.
