LAKE COUNTY, IL (WTAQ) — A judge in Illinois has given the green light for Kyle Rittenhouse to be extradited to Wisconsin.
Rittenhouse, 17, is accused of shooting three protesters, two fatally, during two separate confrontations amid riots in Kenosha on August 25th.
His lawyers maintain that he acted in self-defense after being attacked by the protesters. The shootings were captured on video.
