ROSENDALE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A motorcyclist died in Fond du Lac County after colliding with a deer.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Monday on Highway 26 near Rose-Eld Rd. in the town of Rosendale.
Officials say the 37-year-old Appleton area man was driving his motorcycle northbound on Highway 26, when he struck a deer that was in the roadway.
The motorcycle was then hit by a southbound semi.
The driver of the semi, a 53-year-old Kimberly man, was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
