OCONTO, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Two people believed to be connected to a shooting in Menominee, Michigan, were arrested in Oconto.
Menominee officers were called to the 1300 block of 30th Ave. just after midnight Sunday for a report of shots fired.
Authorities learned the resident of the home was shot during a drug transaction.
After the shooting, two suspects got away in a vehicle.
Sometime later, the pair were located and taken into custody in Oconto.
The victim of the shooting was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
