OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — No charges will be filed against an individual who made comments during a virtual Oshkosh Area School District meeting, police say.
The comments or the details surrounding them were not released by police.
One man arguing against the district’s COVID mitigation measures did say this:
“I know you all think you are going to get away with it, or you’re protected, but you’re not. We’re coming for you, alright. That’s the way it is. We’re coming for you. That’s the bottom line.”

After speaking with the individual who made the comments at Wednesday’s board meeting and the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office, officers determined no charges will be filed.
Oshkosh Police have not yet responded to a WTAQ request for comment.
