GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Green Bay Parks, Recreation, and Forestry is in full swing to recruit seasonal employees for summer 2023.
Recreation Manager, Ann Moeller, says they’ve increased their pay since last year in an effort to attract staff. Positions vary from about $13-19 an hour.
“We are now either paying the same or a little bit more than other municipalities,” Said Moeller. “We’re certainly anticipate that being helpful for us this summer.”
Positions are available for The Green Bay Conservation Corps., Bay Beach Amusement Park, Playground Leaders, and more.
There’s even a job fair coming up for the Parks, Recreation and Forestry department on Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary for prospective employees to learn more about opportunities, fill out job applications, and maybe even have an on-site interview.
