GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Seanya Holliday was convicted Friday for firing multiple shots at a vehicle in Green Bay in October 2020.
Holliday, 26, pleaded no contest to three counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, a reduction from the original charges of attempted homicide. Sentencing is scheduled for May 5.
The plea avoids a trial scheduled for Monday.
Deputy District Attorney Wendy Lemkuil said in court there was interest by the victims to have the case resolved short of trial so they would not have to testify.
The shooting happened near the intersection of 9th Street and Ashland Avenue.
