CHILTON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Homicide by intoxicated use a motor vehicle and five other counts were filed Tuesday against Bridget Miller for a fatal traffic crash Saturday in Calumet County.
Miller, 59, allegedly caused the crash in the Village of Harrison, at Oneida Street and Hwy 114.
An initial court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
One person – the 19-year-old Grand Chute man driving the other vehicle – was killed and two others were injured. The victims’ names have not been released.
Miller faces charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, homicide by use of a vehicle while having a prohibited alcohol concentration, injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, injury by use of a vehicle while having a prohibited alcohol concentration, OWI causing injury, and prohibited alcohol concentration causing injury.
