GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Trial started Monday for a former Green Bay teacher accused of sexually assaulting students.
David Villareal, 47, faces seven charges, including five of first-degree sexual assault of a child, for incidents in 2015 and 2016.
The trial is scheduled to last five days.
All of the incidents involved female students at Baird Elementary in 2015 and 2016. Villareal resigned after the first charges were filed in 2022.
