GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Just 12 days after posting his $100,000 cash bond and being released from jail, Stephen Preisler is back in custody.
Preisler, a Green Bay author known best as “Uncle Fester” for his books on how to make ricin, methamphetamine, and other drugs, was arrested and re-booked at the Brown County Jail on Tuesday.
According to online records, Preisler is being held on recommended charges of two felonies — possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping — along with a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Preisler is already facing eight drug-related charges, including four counts of manufacture or delivery of amphetamine, as well as one count each of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possess methamphetamine precursors and maintaining a drug trafficking house.
He was first arrested at his home on July 14 before being released on bond on Aug. 17.
