GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Although Wednesday night’s $1.765 billion Powerball jackpot was won in California, a lottery player in Northeast Wisconsin also bought a lucky ticket.
A ticket worth $50,000 was purchased in Grand Chute at the Kwik Trip on 4520 W. Greenville Drive.
The winning numbers were 22-24-40-52-64 with a Powerball of 10.
Since Oct. 1, there have been 11 Powerball tickets with winnings ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000 sold in the Badger State.
Wisconsin Lottery officials are encouraging players to check their tickets for one of the nine ways to win a Powerball prize.
