Pearson became the 39th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points as he averaged 24.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game across a pair of Pioneer wins. He opened the week with 23 points of 7-of-12 shooting in a 71-54 win over Ripon College (Wis.) on Nov. 29, before reaching the 1,000-point plateau by scoring 26 points in just 16 minutes in a 97-54 win over Olivet College (Mich.) on Dec. 2. Against Olivet, Pearson shot 10-of-13 from the field and 5-of-6 from three, while adding three rebounds and three assists. He posted his first double-double of the season against Ripon by grabbing 10 boards and dishing out four assists, along with two steals and a block. For the week, Pearson shot 68.0 percent from the floor, 54.5 percent from three, and 90.0 percent from the free throw line.

Drew Schmitz, Freshman (Appleton, Wis./North), of UW-Whitewater
Schmitz recorded two wins at the Wheaton College (Ill.) Invitational held Nov. 30-Dec. 2, in the one-meter and three-meter diving events. Drew topped a field of 10 divers on the one-meter board with a score of 381.20. He bested six divers in the three-meter event with a score of 345.60.

Competing at the Carthage College Classic Nov. 30-Dec. 2, Priestley won both the one-meter and three-meter diving events with scores of 454.90 and 465.85, respectively.
