MILWAUKEE, WI (WTAQ-WRN) — New evidence unsealed in the murder case of a Milwaukee woman.
A restaurant’s surveillance footage from the evening of April 1 captured 19-year-old Sade Robinson on a date with Maxwell Anderson.
Prosecutors say that after dining, both spent several hours at a downtown Milwaukee bar, but Robinson would not be seen alive again.
A passerby found Robinson’s amputated leg in a park the next day, and authorities also found her car had been burned.
A search of Anderson’s property turned up a knife, an axe, and women’s clothes hidden under a basement tool bench.
Anderson remains in custody on $5 million bail. He’s due to stand trial in December for first degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and arson.
