MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office says two people are dead after a Sunday morning crash on I-43.
The crash happened in the southbound lanes of I-43, closing the interstate from US Highway 10 to CTH JJ.
Hours later, officials announced the southbound lanes were reopened.
“Unfortunately, this crash resulted in the death of two persons involved. We will provide more information tomorrow [Monday] after all notifications to both families have been made,” the release said.
