GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — One of downtown Green Bay’s bridges is closing for three days next week.
Public works officials say the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge, which connects Dousman and Main streets over the Fox River, is closing for maintenance. The bridge will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians, as well as masted ships.
The closure is set to begin at 6 a.m. Feb. 19 and last until 5 p.m. Feb. 21.
Dousman Street will be closed at N. Broadway. Main Street will be closed at N. Washington Street.
Drivers will be detoured onto N. Broadway, E. Walnut Street and N. Monroe Avenue.
