(Reuters) – German engineering company Siemens announced late on Wednesday it launched a sale of a 2% stake in healthcare subsidiary Siemens Healthineers.
The stake corresponds to 22 million ordinary shares in Healthineers and will be offered only to qualified investors via an accelerated book building immediately after the announcement.
