WAUTOMA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A Wautoma man is being held in lieu of bond after he had offered money in exchange for sex acts earlier this week at a Dollar General.
The suspect claims he solicited the individuals because a farmer from Saxeville, Wis. was willing to pay Joshua Frahm to watch the sex acts.
According to Wautoma Chief of Police, Paul Mott, on May 14 the department was called to Dollar General in Wautoma for a male soliciting employees to perform sex acts in exchange for money.
A release from Mott details that 35-year-old Joshua Frahm entered Dollar General, approached two females and requested they perform a sex act in exchange for money. When the offer was declined Frahm left and returned to offer the victims more money.
Frahm admitted to offering the money in exchange for sex acts.
Solicitation is a Class H felony and is punishable by six year imprisonment.
Mott wrote, “This is probably a first for the City of Wautoma, our Kwik Trip and our Dollar General. Our agency cannot recall any prior arrest for soliciting prostitution in the history of the department.”
