MARINETTE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A two-vehicle crash in Marinette County left three deceased.
Officers were dispatched to a vehicle crash on Highway A in Marinette County around 9:22 p.m. Friday evening.
Upon arrival, police determined that a vehicle traveling west on Moonshine Hill Road collided with a vehicle traveling north after failing to stop at the stop sign.
The west traveling vehicle operator, Daniel W. Mrotek, 60, was not wearing a seatbelt and became ejected from his vehicle sustaining fatal injuries.
Occupants of the north traveling vehicle, Thomas J. Robe, 71, and Sharon R. Robe, 68, also sustained fatal injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
