OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Appleton man received his 5th OWI offense for operating a motor vehicle under the influence on Sunday.
Andrew James Prahl, 40, was stopped by a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper for an unsafe lane deviation on northbound Interstate 41 near Freedom Road.
Upon stopping Prahl’s vehicle, the trooper conducted a standardized field sobriety test showing his blood concentration restriction to be above .02.
Prahl was arrested, marking his 5th offense.
