GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Cellcom says it has fully restored service to its customers after a reported outage early Tuesday morning.
DownDetector.com showed several customers reported outages after midnight Tuesday.
Cellcom says some customers experienced intermittent voice and cellular issues following routine scheduled maintenance.
