GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Federal prosecutors added seven charges against Isaias Cupino, the Oconto Falls doctor accused of generating child pornography.
Cupino originally faced one count of production of child pornography. But superseding indictment, filed Tuesday, includes eight counts: five counts of production of child pornography, one count of transport of child pornography, and two counts of possession of child pornography.
An arraignment is scheduled for Thursday afternoon in federal court.
According to court documents, Cupino allegedly coerced a “pre-pubescent minor” to engage in sexually explicit conduct, and used a phone to capture pornographic images.
