TOWN OF OAK GROVE (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Oshkosh man was unharmed in a crash that left a Beaver Dam woman critically injured.
Deputies with the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched at 12:50 p.m. Thursday to the intersection of County Highway S at Main Street Road in the town of Oak Grove for a crash involving a sedan and a tractor-trailer.
Authorities say the sedan, driven by a 46-year-old woman from Beaver Dam, was traveling southbound on Main Street Road, which is controlled by a stop sign at County Highway S. The sedan failed to yield the right of way from the stop sign at the intersection and was struck by an eastbound tractor pulling a loaded trailer.
The tractor-trailer was being driven by a 63-year-old man from Oshkosh. He was not hurt.
The woman sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a hospital. Neither of their names were released.
