April 22 (Reuters) – British house prices rose by 1.2% in the year to February, after a 1.0% increase in the year to January, the Office for National Statistics said on Wednesday.
Average UK monthly private rents increased by 3.4% in the year to March, compared with 3.6% the 12 months to February, the ONS said, marking the smallest rise in four years.
