GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Green Bay Police Department says the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge is closed due to a “reported incident” that triggered an active law enforcement presence.
Officers were dispatched around 2:40 p.m. Wednesday and remained on scene as of 3:45 p.m.
I-43 is shut down to all traffic between Atkinson Drive and Webster Avenue. State Highway 172 can be used an alternative route. GBPD advised drivers who utilize the bridge to find a detour.
