(LEARFIELD) – The Wisconsin men’s basketball team is becoming the Rodney Dangerfield of the Big Ten.
Yet another preseason poll projects the Badgers in the bottom half of the conference standings.
It’s not the first time, and it has been wrong each previous time.
The Big Ten Network predicts coach Greg Gard and his squad will finish 11th among the 18 teams.
This follows a season where Wisconsin finished fifth with a 14-and-6 conference record, then was seeded fifth in the NCAA tournament.
The two top scorers, John Blackwell and Nick Boyd, have departed, but Gard has filled out his roster with a lot of talent once again.
