OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – John Madigan pleaded not guilty Monday to charges he interfered with a custody order by taking his son to California.
Madigan, 40, is scheduled to stand trial Aug. 4, court records show.
On April 30, the Oshkosh Police Department asked for help in locating Madigan and his 6-year-old son. Later, authorities announced the pair had been located safe in Los Angeles.
