ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Two more housing projects could be coming to Titletown.
The Green Bay Packers have submitted plans to Ashwaubenon for a three-story, 88-unit apartment building, along with four town homes along Brookwood Drive, according to documents for Tuesday’s Village Board meeting.
These units would replace previously-approved 16-stacked flats, the document states. The previously approved townhomes east of Orrie Lane would remain.
After a neighborhood meeting was held, a privacy fence was added along the south property line.
“Should the PUD ordinance amendment revising the original PUD Phase 2 site plan to permit a multi-family apartment building be approved by the Village Board, the applicant will then submit detailed site plan materials (landscaping, lighting, architectural, stormwater management, etc.) for review and action by the Site Plan Review Committee,” the document states.
The Village Board meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
