NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — ThedaCare plans to build 56 town homes next to their regional medical center in Neenah for their new physician residency program. The plan is pending approval from city council.
The project, located at the old Roosevelt School site on 215 E. Forest Ave., would include four buildings of 14 town homes each, with construction on the first two buildings in October if approved. Construction on the final two buildings would begin in fall 2026. ThedaCare currently owns the land the town homes would be built on.
The physician residency program is scheduled to begin in July 2026.
City council next meets on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
