GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Former fast food manager Joshua Johnson was sentenced Friday to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting teenage workers.
Johnson, 40, was convicted of four counts, including repeated sexual assault of a child, child enticement and two counts second-degree sexual assault of a child under age 16.
He was also placed on extended supervision for 15 years by Judge Tammy Jo Hock.
According to the criminal complaints, three 15-year-old girls reported sexual assaults by Johnson. All worked with Johnson at fast food restaurants in Howard, De Pere and Bellevue.
The incidents happened in 2022 and 2023.
“I am sorry for what I did. The 895 days that I’ve been incarcerated so far, I’ve thought about it every single day. I do regret the decisions that were made and I have owned up to everything that I’ve done and gone beyond. I just want to say sorry to everybody involved. I’m ashamed. I shamed my family, I shamed myself. I shamed the victims, their families, and I just want to say sorry to everybody,” Johnson said before the sentence was handed down.
