GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The Green Bay Area Public School District will discuss when its students can move from a virtual learning model to a blended one at a special school board meeting tonight.
The board will be using Zoom to host its 5 p.m. meeting virtually and will be livestreaming it on YouTube.
Since the beginning of the fall semester, all Green Bay students have been learning from home due to the pandemic.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in the following ways:
You can share written comments in the Agenda Manager until 3 p.m. on the date of the scheduled meeting. You can also email the Board of Education at boardofeducation@gbaps.org. All seven board members will receive these comments. You may also submit comments after the meeting to the same email address above.
You can speak during the open forum agenda item at the beginning of the meeting. Members of the public must provide their phone number and complete a participation form first. You will be called at the phone number provided and the board president will indicate when you should begin speaking.
After tonight’s meeting, the next scheduled virtual meeting will be Monday, Sept. 28 at 6 p.m.
