(LEARFIELD) – For the second time in less than a week, the Badgers football program has received a commitment from a three-star high school defensive line prospect.
David Hill committed to Wisconsin over offers from Big Ten programs like Purdue and Minnesota.
Hill stands six-foot-three and weighs 300 pounds, and is considered a potential starter at nose tackle.
He’s from Illinois and will make an official visit to the Madison campus on June 5th.
On Friday, JUCO running back Julius Pope committed to the Badgers.
He joins the program from Northwest Mississippi, where he rushed for 729 yards and eight touchdowns this season.
