APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Downtown Appleton comes alive Friday night with License to Cruise.
The event is the kickoff to the Octoberfest weekend.
Festivities begin Friday, September 25 at 3 p.m.
More than 400 vehicles will line College Avenue, highlighted classics, customs and crowd favorites.

There will also be a free indoor collection featuring rare-edition and low-production vehicles along with replica movie cars at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center.
