NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A company headquartered in Neenah has acquired a Pewaukee facility.
Outlook Group announced the acquisition of ABX – Innovative Packaging Solutions.
The company says this will add specialty label production, additional flexible packaging capacity, and conductive film printing — including in-house ink formulation — for medical and electronic applications.
The Pewaukee team stayed on, and the facility has completed ISO 9001 recertification under Outlook Group ownership.
Alongside the acquisition, Outlook Group introduced a refreshed brand, with the name, people, and Neenah headquarters unchanged.
Outlook Group now has three locations in Wisconsin.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
