LAWERNCE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A new expansion at Impact Sports Academy in the Town of Lawrence is bringing more space for athletes to train and shop for baseball and softball gear.
The addition, called the Marucci Hitter’s House, includes more batting cages that can be rented. It also features a full Marucci retail store offering batting and pitching equipment.
Project leaders, including Bayland Builders and Town of Lawrence officials, said the expansion reflects a long-term commitment to youth athletics.
“Seeing this whole corridor grow because of what we started with you guys with the first building. Seeing the fields, this addition, this is just awesome,” Town of Lawrence Administrator Patrick Wetzel said.
The Town of Lawrence facility is the 12th Hitter’s House in the United States.
