MADISON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — It’s another day of record-setting COVID-19 infections in Wisconsin.
DHS reported 14,953 new cases on Monday, though the agency warned that number could be artificially high with a backlog of reports from local health departments being logged through a new process.
Wisconsin has added an average of 18,216 new cases per day over the previous week.
With 38 deaths reported Monday, the seven-day average stood at 24.
Since the pandemic began, there have been 1,226,097 cases and 10,582 deaths.
