DELAWARE, OH (WTAQ) — The company that runs the Vitamin Shoppe has entered into negotiations with the Kohl’s Corporation in the latest effort to purchase the Wisconsin based retailer.
Franchise Group, of Ohio, says they’ve entered into a three week exclusive negotiation period to buy Kohl’s for $60 a share.
Activist investors have been pushing for Kohls to either improve its stock price or sell the company.
