OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) — Immunization clinics have been announced by Outagamie County Public Health.
These immunization clinics offer vaccines to those that are eligible under the Vaccines for Children program. Under this program, your child is eligible if they are enrolled or eligible for Medicaid, are American Indian or Alaska Native, don’t have health insurance, have health insurance that doesn’t pay for all vaccines, or
insurance doesn’t provide full coverage for vaccines.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Plan to bring immunization records with you to your appointment, and remember to have your child eat about an hour before the appointment and stay hydrated with water.
The clinics will be held on January 10 and February 14; both from 4-6 p.m. at the Outagamie County Public Health office at 320 S. Walnut St. in Appleton (Level 3).
Appointments for immunizations can be made by calling (920) 832-5100.
