MARINETTE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man out on bond on charges including child enticement and possession of child pornography was arrested this week in Niagara.
Joshua Otto, 44, has three open cases in Marinette County as of Wednesday.
He was arrested back in August but then posted a $15,000 cash bond on Sept. 2.
Otto missed his court appearance on Oct. 19. The judge then issued a bench warrant the next day.
Yet, was not arrested until this Tuesday — over three months after the warrant was issued.
Otto was arrested at a home in the 1800 block of River Street in Niagara.
Another person was at the home when Otto was arrested; police are now recommending charges for resisting or obstructing an officer against the second person.
Otto appeared in court virtually Wednesday from jail. The court imposed a $5,000 cash bond with the condition that he waive extradition.
