GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – One of the suspects in a Green Bay murder was ordered Friday to stand trial.
Jose Hernendez had a preliminary hearing Friday. His arraignment is scheduled for March 6, court records show.
Hernandez and his brother, Omar Hernandez, are charged in connection with the Feb. 11 murder of Edgar Rodriguez-Hernandez at his home on Clayton Place.
According to the criminal complaints, the shooting was the continuation of a fight which happened at a bar a few hours earlier.
Omar Hernandez returns to court March 15 for a status conference.
