GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Fire caused an estimated $110,000 in damage to a commercial building in Grand Chute Thursday evening.
Firefighters say they were called to the building in the 3300 block of W. Highview Drive just after 5 p.m. An employee reported seeing smoke and flames in the building.
Crews arrived to find heavy smoke at the building, which was made of metal. They confirmed that all employees were evacuated and went inside to fight the fire. It took about 40 minutes to put it out.
Firefighters remained on scene until about 8:20 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators are looking into what caused the fire.
