MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Manitowoc County woman is suspected of starting a house on fire.
Sheriff’s officials say crews were called to the fire in the 1100 block of Franklin Drive in the village of Cleveland on Sunday.
After determining the fire was started intentionally, deputies arrested Kristin Dewar, 52, of Cleveland.
Dewar was released on a signature bond after appearing in court Tuesday.
Sheriff’s officials are recommending she be charged with three counts of recklessly endangering safety and unsafe burning of building. No formal charges have been filed, however.
