(WTAQ-WLUK) — Former President Donald Trump made yet another stop in Wisconsin, a critical swing state in the upcoming November election.
Mr. Trump returned Sunday to Juneau, Wisconsin in Dodge County, about 95 miles south of Green Bay and 60 miles northwest of Milwaukee.
The visit marks Trump’s third rally in Wisconsin in a week. The former president spoke in Milwaukee and Waunakee on October 1.
A news release announcing Trump’s visit highlighted what his campaign called “Kamalanomics” — claiming her policies have led to lower wages, higher taxes, rent hikes, difficulties for Wisconsin’s agriculture industry, and “wasteful spending.”
Sunday, Wisconsin Democrats responded to the former president’s visit:
Donald Trump is once again showing how out of touch he is with Wisconsin. Holding a rally that overlaps with a Green Bay Packers game? Right now, thousands of Wisconsinites are doing exactly what they should: changing the channel from Trump’s extreme ramblings about Project 2025 and cheering on our Packers instead.
The statement was released by the Democratic Party of Wisconsin’s Communications Director, Joe Oslund.
