GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Police are asking for the public’s assistance locating a teenager who has been missing for over a week.
According to the Green Bay Police Department, 16-year-old Rayshell Edwards was last seen Sunday, Dec. 22 at her home in the 800 block of Smith Street in Green Bay.
Edwards is 5’7″ and weighs 180 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say Edwards’ family has concerns about her welfare and medical well-being.
