(LEARFIELD) – Veteran Khris Middleton scored eight points coming off the bench in his new role with the Bucks Wednesday night.
He’ll be there again Friday night.
Coach Doc Rivers confirmed the change before the 121-105 win over the San Antonio Spurs.
The statistics look good for Middleton as a starter – 16 points, five rebounds, and five assists per game with 45 percent shooting on 3-pointers.
He won’t be starting when Milwaukee plays in Orlando against the Magic tonight.
Rivers points out that the team struggled to a 3-and-4 record in the seven games Middleton started.
The game against the Magic can be heard beginning at 5:30 with the pre-game and 6 p.m. with the tip-off on 144o and 101.9 WNFL.
Time change: The game between the Milwaukee Bucks and New York Knicks was originally slated for a 6 p.m. tip-off on Sunday. That game has been moved up. It will now have a 1:30 pre-game and 2 p.m. tip on 1440 and 101.9 WNFL.
