Duck Creek VFW Post 7534 Memorial Day Ceremonies and Parade. 8:00am Ceremony at Village of Howard Memorial Park located behind VFW Post 7534, 754 Riverview Dr. 9:00am Ceremony at St. John's Cemetery located at 1198 Pinecrest Rd. 10:00am Memorial Day parade starts at St. John The Baptist Church 2597 Glendale Ave ending at intersection of Velp Ave and Riverview Dr. 11:00am Memorial day ceremony at Duck Creek Cemetery to honor our nations fallen. 12:00pm Food, drinks and live entertainment at Duck Creek Pub to follow.

Time: Parade lineup to begin at 9:00 a.m. with Parade starting at 10:00 a.m. Where: St. John the Baptist church, southwest parking lot in Village of Howard 9:00 a.m.: Parade line-up begins in the St. John’s south parking lot. 10:00 a.m.: Parade will begin entering on to Cardinal Lane moving north to Glendale Ave., then right on to Glendale Ave. moving east to Velp Ave., then southeast on Velp Ave. to Riverview Dr. ending at the intersection of Velp Ave. and Riverview Dr. 11:00 a.m.: We will have a Memorial Day Tribute at the Duck Creek Cemetery located on the corner of Velp Ave. and Riverview Dr. Parade participants may join this event and there is parking available in the south lot of the V.F.W. Post 7534. Some of the most relevant names in music are part of this year’s lineup, including Cody Johnson, who is nominated in five major categories at the upcoming CMA Award Show on November 20. Kane Brown’s latest single “Miles on It” topped the Country Airplay chart the first week of this month, and Parker McCollum celebrated his fourth consecutive #1 single earlier this year. Koe Wetzel and Jessie Murph’s duet “High Road” just landed in the top ten and is just one of Murph’s successful collaborations in the past year that has included hits with Jelly Roll, Teddy Swims, and Bailey Zimmerman.
