TOKYO, Aug 25 (Reuters) – Japan’s finance ministry is expecting its debt-servicing cost to rise 17.1% to a record 36.6386 trillion yen ($229.94 billion) in the next fiscal year starting from April because of rising interest rates, Kyodo News reported on Tuesday.
