OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Oshkosh police are investigating a possible incident in the 2000 block of Menominee Drive on the city’s northeast side on Monday evening.

The department says there is a large police presence in the area. Residents nearby are being asked to remain in their homes, while others should avoid the area.
