GREEN BAY (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Green Bay health clinic cut the ribbon on its new renovated space.
Vivent Health held its grand opening Wednesday morning at 417 S. Monroe Avenue.
The more than $1.6 million renovation of its new 5,486-square-foot center expands Vivent Health’s ability to provide integrated medical care for the community.
With a 13 member staff, the center currently serves 484 patients and clients.
Its services include HIV and primary medical care, behavioral health, HIV/STI/hepatitis C testing, PrEP, harm reduction, case management, food and nutrition services, housing assistance and legal assistance.
“We’re here for every patient, no matter what their needs are and we work together as a team in our walls here to address those needs and make sure people live long and healthy lives,” said Vivent Health president and CEO Brandon Hill.
Hill says there are about 7,500 people in Wisconsin living with HIV and about 1,200 who don’t know they are living with the disease.
Vivent Health has sites across the state and is of the largest providers in Wisconsin for HIV care and prevention.
