ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Ashwaubenon’s newest apartment complex, Novara Apartments, is now accepting tenants, offering everything from studio units to three-bedroom corner apartments with views of Lambeau Field.
The development is located on Holmgren Way, within walking distance of Lambeau Field, Capital Credit Union Park and the Epic Event Center. Guests recently had the chance to tour several of the units.
Studios start at $1,300. The complex also includes one- and two-bedroom units. A three-bedroom corner unit with views of Lambeau Field costs $3,200.
SPARK Development CEO Derek Liebhauser said the location has been a long-running goal for the developer.
“It’s a safe place to live and there’s just not a lot of apartments like this in this area. So, it’s just a place that we always wanted to be and when the opportunity came up for this corner parcel it was a dream come true,” Liebhauser said.
The building includes amenities such as a fitness center, a dog wash station and a rooftop terrace.
A second complex is currently under construction and is expected to open in spring.
